The GX700 sounds nice, but what about the Antec 302? Let alone the Antec One.

Hopefully the GX700 will be reviewed soon. Frankly I prefer Corsair's understated look, and I was surprised by the comparison to Vengeance C70. There's something about it, but the initial impression I had was of a significant difference because of how the front looks.

Looks like a good case for the price. I'm currently considering a Carbide 200R or 300R and it would be interesting to read more about the GX700.

    Eugh those cases... MY EYES!

Agreed. Industrial design always matters. More case makers need to keep it classy like Fractal Design and Lian Li.

I also feel insulted that cases like these - and there are hundreds of them - are marketed for "gamers". This implication that people who play the occasional video game suffer from a complete lack of test is appalling.

Call them "pre-teens", 'cause that's what they are. When I was 11, I would have probably liked gimmicky cases with lots of LEDs and a window.

How many weird, illogical, impratical, over-priced POS products can PC hardware companies produce in a given year? The answer: millions. For every sucker, there is a hundred different useless PC products that they can buy if they are told by some talking head that their life will improve if they just buy one or more of these worthless products.

Like sheep to the slaughter house...

I actually woudn't mind the GX700, for all those features and that price...it's great...mind you, I already hide my Rosewill tower off to the right and under my office desk so, I rarely ever look at it...so even if this thing isn't the prettiest thing, it has all the functions that I would ever need and at a great price.

I was unaware a $59 case packed to the gills with useful cooling features was "over-priced."

So Pro, I like this name.

I'm actually using an i7-3770K OC'ed to 4.4GHz. Even with the TIM issue it's still a killer CPU. If you're on Sandy Bridge there's no reason to go with Ivy, but if you're on an older generation it may be worth considering. I love my 3770K. It runs a bit toasty, but it's stable and it's FAST.
